Whether you have a mental health concern, struggling with improving a relationship, attempting to cope with a disability, or working through past trauma, I am here to provide safe and confidential support. Every person is unique and we all have strengths that can support positive change. Whatever you are struggling with, we will work together to find your strengths and use them to assist with the healing process and achieving your goals.
I am a registered social worker with experience providing mental health and trauma-informed counseling to teenagers and adults. I also provide support and disability management to individuals and families coping with vision loss. I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, mindfulness, and client-centered approaches.
Having a client-centered approach to counseling will allow us to work together, where you are at. Feel free to contact me via phone or email for a free consultation. Face-to-face services are offered in Selkirk, Manitoba, at Easton Place Medical Centre. Online video and email counseling can be done from anywhere, no matter where the client is located.
